A tribute to Patricia Formosa
For those who knew Patricia, we were blessed to be part of her life.
On Friday 4th March 2022 God reached down to earth and took an angel to heaven. We all knew her as Pat, a kind big hearted person who gave so much to the community and never asked for anything in return. We have received countless phone calls, e-mails, texts, flowers, visits and thoughts and prayers. They have been comforting during this difficult time and have been a reminder of the impact that Pat had on so many others.
Pat treated the people she worked with as family, and extended her heart to the wider community. She always had faith in young people and families across Mt Druitt, providing services, programs and support wherever needed, and was always there to help others who were less fortunate.
Pat was full of life, she was feisty, and she was downright fun to be around. Most importantly, she had an eternal love for her job and keeping the doors open at Graceades Community Cottage.
Pat was the heart and soul of Graceades Community Cottage.
The organisation has dedicated this webpage as a trubute to her tireless work over the years.
